1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Plan B's website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2 User Accounts

You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without explicit written permission.

4 User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or other harmful content.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users.
• Impersonating any person or entity.
• Interfering with the security or integrity of the Service.

5 Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service may be subject to payments, whether on a one-time or subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with prior notice to active subscribers.

6 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

7 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. PLAN B MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE OPERATION OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE, OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, AND MATERIALS INCLUDED THEREON.

8 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PLAN B BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

9 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising out of these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

10 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
